Irene is a dual-certified mental health provider with over 20 years of experience. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. She specializes in depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, substance use, and more. She follows a holistic, trust-based approach and is passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health while partnering with each individual to find the best treatment plan.

KYNAH ROVIE

Medical Assistant

Kynah serves as the clinic’s Medical Assistant and is also a licensed Medical Technologist. In her role, she supports providers by processing prior authorizations, managing medical records, and verifying prescription refills. Kynah plays an essential role in ensuring smooth clinic operations, maintaining accuracy in clinical documentation, and helping create a welcoming and efficient experience for every patient.

Erika is the Clinic Manager at Lavender Rose Behavioral Health. She plays a key role in ensuring that daily clinic operations run smoothly and efficiently. With strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of healthcare processes, she supports both providers and patients with professionalism and care. Erika is HIPAA-trained and certified, demonstrating her commitment to protecting patient privacy and maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
